relaxing sunday : )

Today started out with Jasmine hurting her foot. Not too sure exactly how but she lost an entire nail. Poor doggie : ( But she doesnt seem to be bothered by it. We took her to pets smart but my clothes had stopped the bleeding practically (with out my knowledge at first! gross!)

So anyway we took her to the park with us anyway because i wanna socialize her and she would be sad left at home. We had a yummi sunday picnic! Chicken, macaroni salad, potatoe salad, jalapeno kettle chips and lotsa rootbeer! hehe! I wanted to get a dessert but cody didnt seem too interested in it. He prolly thinks he is fat or something, you know men, always worried about their figures! lol jk. But really i wanted sum choclate covered cherries. I could eat an entire box by myself so thank goodness i always forget to make my way to the candy isle because i get distracted by the gossip magazines! LOLS!

We made it to the park and had our lunch then went to lay in the grass while shelby played in the playpark area. She came running back to tell us she made it across the monkey bars. well those were'nt her exact words they were "mommy! daddy! i was climbing up and then i swinged back and forth and back and forth and got to the other side!" We went to see what she meant and she really did make it across the monkey bars! Normally she would just hang there!

She went back to playing and cody and i went back to relaxing in the grass when all of the sudden a little boy came to pet jasmine. He was very curious about her. He asked us what was inside her belly, her chest and asked us what her nails were called and so forth. we told him her heart is in her chest, her insides are in her belly and what her paws and nails were. Then he asked "what are these" pointing to all jasmines nipples cus jasmine was laying on her back. Cody and i just looked at eachother because we didnt wanna say those are her nipples cus you never know with how a child may take what we say is her nipples and have it come back to haunt us. i mean if shelby came to me and was talking about nipples which she never uses that word ide be like "um where did you hear that and what are you talking about" blah blah anywho plus we didnt wanna say nipples to him he was little and would prolly ask us what are nipples!!. so i said oh those are just her dots. all dogs have em lol.

The park was relaxing and even for jasmine after hurting her paw. We also got to take sum cutsie pictures and people watch which is always fun to do. we have pictures of people and they dont even know it! im getting sleepy! maybe i will finish up this entry tomorrow! : )
